What is the expected production and shipping time?
Most custom prints and photo gifts are handcrafted and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How do I ensure my photos are high enough quality for printing?
For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. Our editor will display a low-resolution warning if your image does not meet the minimum DPI requirements for the selected print size.
What is your return policy for custom photo products?
Since our products are custom-made with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our prints and home decor items worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin our automated production process shortly after an order is received, we can only allow changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement.
